Benji *FTA*

Hi there, I'm Benji! I'm a loving adult male Pomeranian/Terrier mix who was surrendered by my previous owner. I'm currently working on building trust with humans and other dogs, and I tend to do best with male dogs and men. I'm a "guy's guy" and will need a patient adopter to continue my journey. Once I feel comfortable, I'm incredibly affectionate! I'm housebroken, crate trained, and walk nicely on a leash. I'm also participating in the DASH Prison program, where I'm learning basic commands. In my previous home, I got along well with cats, but I didn't do well with children. If you're ready to help me become the best dog I can be, I'd love to meet you!

Ideal Home

Benji would do best in a home without children. He prefers male dogs and men, so a patient adopter who understands his need for trust-building is key.

Benji is neutered. No other health concerns are noted.

Training & Support

Benji is housebroken, crate trained, and walks well on a leash. He is currently learning basic commands through the DASH Prison program. He is working on trusting humans and other dogs.
