At approximately 9 weeks old, this adorable puppy is everything a puppy should be-playful, curious, affectionate, and always ready for the next adventure. We are currently awaiting DNA results, but we do know that mom is a German Shepherd mix, and judging by the size of this litter, we expect these puppies to grow into large adult dogs.
Like all young puppies, this little one is learning about the world one day at a time. Every new toy, sound, person, and experience is an exciting opportunity to build confidence and discover something new. Whether it's chasing a toy across the yard, exploring outside, or curling up for a well-earned nap after a busy day of play, this puppy is making the most of every moment of puppyhood.
This puppy has been raised in foster care alongside littermates and has been well socialized with other dogs. As with any young puppy, continued socialization with new people, places, sounds, and experiences will be important in helping them grow into a confident, well-rounded adult.
This litter is incredibly smart, food motivated, and eager to learn. They are at the perfect age to begin building a strong foundation through positive reinforcement training. Their forever families should be prepared to continue working on potty training, crate training, leash skills, and basic manners while providing plenty of physical exercise and mental enrichment.
Large breed puppies are a commitment, but they're also incredibly rewarding. With consistency, patience, and lots of love, this puppy has all the potential to become an amazing lifelong companion.
