Triton

Triton is a charming and mellow dog who came to us as a stray. He has a unique, slightly awkward walk due to a birth defect in his femurs, causing his knees to turn outward. Despite this, he gets around well and enjoys being with his people. He has small bursts of excitement, especially during playtime, and absolutely loves mealtime! Triton enjoys toys but tends to eat them, so he needs chew bones instead of stuffed toys.

Ideal Home

A home where he can be with his people, as he craves belly rubs and companionship. A place that understands his need for quieter activities rather than long walks.

Ongoing Health

Triton has arthritis in his knees due to his birth defect and is on daily anti-inflammatories. He may need a wheelchair in the future, but he is mobile and happy for now.

Training & Support

Triton needs a home that will provide him with appropriate chew toys instead of stuffed ones.
