Chip is a 2-year-old, neutered male Pit Bull mix who weighs around 60 lbs. He's as sweet as a chocolate chip cookie and is looking for his forever home! Chip is a playful, curious, and loving dog who enjoys cuddling and being close to his people. He can be a little cautious when meeting new people, but once he trusts you, he'll be your best friend forever. Chip is a velcro dog who will be your shadow everywhere you go. He loves his people, enjoys sniffing walks, is crate-trained and potty-trained, and loves being outdoors. He's also a fan of costumes and can rock any outfit! Chip has done well with his calm foster dog siblings and enjoys playing with them. He would do best with calm, more submissive doggy siblings who are happy to engage in play. Chip does ask that he not live with any cats. He would also do well as an only dog if he could go on outings regularly.
Ideal Home
Chip's ideal humans would enjoy having him as their right-hand man. He can experience anxiety when left alone, but he's working on his separation anxiety and can be crated. He would thrive with a family that can keep up with his training and would love to work with him. Chip would also be happy to accompany you on outings, as he loves car rides and exploring the world with his people. He has done well around older children.
