Roger is a handsome 5-year-old, 80-pound German Shepherd with a heart of gold. He's a bit skinny right now but will fill out into a truly stunning, large dog that will turn heads. Roger was found alone in an abandoned house, a mystery of how he ended up there. He was confused and scared, having been abandoned by his previous owners. Despite his past, Roger is a resilient boy who has learned to trust again, offering affection by leaning in, licking hands, and faces to show he's a good boy who just wants to be loved and stay with his people. He's ready to give unwavering loyalty and devotion to a family who will provide him with a stable and loving home.

Roger would thrive in a home where he can receive stability and love. He's known to get along with other dogs and children under 8.

Roger is a neutered and vaccinated adult. He is currently underweight and will need a good diet to help him gain weight and become his best self.
