Panda is a shy but sweet 2-year-old Pittie mix who weighs about 50 pounds. He loves to relax with his favorite chew toys and go for daily walks. Panda thrives on routine and structure, and he's looking for a home where he can form a deep bond with his family. He is a rescue dog who will reward you with endless love and gratitude.
Ideal Home
Panda would love a home with another dog, especially a playful female, as he gains a lot of confidence from canine companionship. He previously lived with children 5 and up and did well, but would do best in a home with respectful and sweet children. He is not recommended for a home with kitties. Panda will thrive in a quiet, serene suburban or rural environment.
Ongoing Health
Panda is up-to-date on all vetting, including vaccinations, deworming, flea and heartworm prevention, and he has been spayed/neutered. He has no known health conditions.
Training & Support
Panda is house-trained and kennel-trained. He is great on leash and enjoys tandem walks. He is also a seasoned professional when it comes to car rides and settles well in the backseat. He is used to sleeping in his kennel while his foster mom is at work. He will require a patient adopter who will allow him a full decompression period, with support from our behavior team and his foster mom.

Transporation
Panda is currently in Texas and can be transported to various locations across the US and Canada via our USDA licensed vehicles. Transport is available to WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, and for Canadian adopters, pickup is available in Bellingham, WA or Brattleboro, VT.
