Meet Abby! This sweet 4-year-old Staffordshire Terrier/American Bully mix is about 64lbs of pure love and ready to find her forever home. Abby is spayed, fully vaccinated, and up-to-date on all her preventatives, making her all set for a lifetime of adventures. She has a calm and gentle nature, with a playful spark that shines through during her occasional zoomies. Abby gets along well with other dogs, showing a great understanding of their body language, and enjoys making new canine friends with a happy wag. While she can be a tad bit jealous at times, she's generally respectful and easygoing, making her a wonderful candidate as an only dog or with a compatible furry sibling.
Ideal Home
Abby would do best in a home with older, dog-savvy children (10+) as we don't have prior experience with her living with cats or young children. Her calm demeanor makes her adaptable, but she can be a bit scared during thunderstorms and will seek a quiet, safe space.
Ongoing Health
Abby is in great health and current on all her vaccinations and monthly preventatives.
Training & Support
Abby is a super star when it comes to training! She is fully potty trained, crate trained, and even tucks herself into her crate at night. She settles beautifully when left alone and has not shown any signs of resource guarding or food aggression. She enjoys leisurely walks and handles stairs like a pro. While she rides well in the car, it's not her favorite activity.

Transporation
Abby is currently located in Texas. Transports run every few weeks to approved adopters. If you are not able to accept a dog until a specific time period, please apply at that time.
