Hiya Friends! My name is Bonita and I'm a beautiful 2yr old female German Shepherd looking for my forever home. I was very mistreated in my life until coming to IDGSR. Now that I've been here for a while, I'm healthy and ready to be adopted! I have high energy and need quite a bit of training to make sure I'm the bestest girl. Pro tip, bring cheese or hot dogs and I'll learn anything you can teach me! I play well with other dogs in my foster home and would love a nice male companion to romp around the yard and play zoomie tag. I would love to go on walks, hikes, check out some waterfalls, help you clean up in the kitchen, follow you around the yard, and basically do all the things as long as I'm with you. If you are looking for a sweet, resilient, friendly, smart, energetic, and loving new bestie - I'm your girl!

Ideal Home

I would do fine with kids 10+ and am good with large dogs. I cannot live with cats.

Ongoing Health

I am up-to-date on vaccinations, heart-worm testing, and monthly preventatives. I have been spayed.

Training & Support

I need full obedience training. I have high energy and will need consistent training to help me thrive.

Transporation

I am currently being fostered in Tennessee and am available for transport to the east coast. A transport fee will apply.
