Scruffy is a very sweet 9-year-old, 8-pound Chihuahua who found himself needing a new home when his owner went on hospice. He's a real cuddlebug who loves to hang out with his person! Scruffy is fully house-trained, crate-trained, and is also happy to use potty pads. He gets along well with other dogs and cats. Scruffy is neutered and up-to-date on his vaccinations, with records available. We are also in desperate need of a foster home for Scruffy while he waits for his forever family.
