Cowboy

Cowboy is a courageous 2-year-old survivor who has been through more than any dog should have to endure. He was found abandoned, tied to a pole and suffering from severe injuries, the result of being used as a bait dog. Despite his traumatic past, Cowboy is a fighter who has begun his journey to healing. He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, and is currently undergoing treatment for heartworm. He is cautious with other dogs and may do best as the only pet in the home, allowing him to feel completely secure. Cowboy can be a little reserved with men, understandable given his history, but with patience and kindness, he will surely blossom. He deserves a loving and stable home where he can finally experience the safety and unwavering affection he has always deserved.
