Bear

Bear is a sweet 7-year-old gentleman looking for his second chance at a loving forever home. He ended up at the shelter when his previous owner could no longer care for him. Bear had some dental issues that caused him pain and difficulty eating, but he's since had a dental procedure and most of his diseased teeth have been removed. He's feeling much better now and is ready to find a family to call his own! Bear also experiences seasonal allergies, particularly in late spring, which may require medication to keep him comfortable. He enjoys lounging in the soft grass in the yard and going for leisurely strolls. Bear lived with another dog and children in his previous home and did well with them. He also had a positive interaction with our tester cat at the shelter.

Ideal Home

Bear would love a home where he can relax and enjoy his golden years. He previously lived with other dogs and children and did well, so he may enjoy a home with a canine friend and kids.

Ongoing Health

Bear has seasonal allergies that may require medication during late spring to ensure his comfort.

Bear is a sweet guy who enjoys slow walks and relaxing in the yard. He is neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, and microchipped.
