Shadow is a handsome Shepherd mix male, around 5 years old, with an endless love for playing ball! His previous family invested a lot of time and training into him, and it truly shows. He's looking for an active owner who can provide him with a consistent routine and plenty of exercise to keep his tail wagging.

Ideal Home

Shadow thrives in a home with an all-adult household and no children. He would do best as the only dog or with one other well-matched canine companion. While he's generally good with other dogs and used to doggy daycare, he prefers to be the center of attention. He is reactive to visitors in his home and needs to be kenneled when guests are present.

Ongoing Health

Shadow is neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations, and is on a monthly flea, tick, and heartworm preventative. He is also microchipped.

Training & Support

Shadow is well-trained and good with meeting people in public. However, he is protective of his home and can be reactive to visitors. He needs a savvy owner who can read his body language and provide consistent, high-energy exercise like running and ball throwing.
