Nutmeg

Meet Nutmeg, affectionately known as "Meg"! This 8-month-old, 25 lb sweetheart has the gentlest soul. Meg can be very shy at first, but underneath that timid exterior is one of the sweetest, most loving little dogs you could ever meet. She's submissive, affectionate, and absolutely adores being pet. Meg is making great progress with leash walking and is starting to realize adventures outside can actually be fun! She also settles nicely in her crate after a couple little whines and is potty-trained. Nutmeg is the kind of dog that may not demand attention right away - but once she trusts you, her quiet love will absolutely melt your heart.

Ideal Home

A home with another confident dog would be ideal for Meg, as she loves playing with other pups and would thrive with a canine companion to show her the ropes. She is also good with cats and would likely do well with respectful children who understand she may need a little patience and time to warm up.

Ongoing Health

All dogs being adopted through Wags will be vetted and spayed/neutered prior to adoption.

Training & Support

Meg is working on her confidence and would benefit from a patient owner who can help her see the world as a safe and loving place. She is doing well with leash walking, crate training, and is potty-trained.
