Cesar is an 85-pound snuggler who was born on February 10, 2021. He's a people-pleaser who loves everyone, including men, women, and children. Cesar has a moderate energy level, enjoying play and running but is not overly athletic or jumpy. He is incredibly affectionate, craving hugs and kisses, and loves to snuggle, often resting his head on his person's chest. Cesar is a big, gentle, and quiet boy, except when he needs to go outside. He's a very smart dog, though not particularly curious, and possesses a brave and protective nature, having defended his previous owner from difficult situations.

Cesar enjoys being sung to, sleeping with stuffed animals, and playing tug-of-war. He dislikes angry yelling and screaming. His presence is warm and comforting, making him a unique companion. He is house-trained and crate-trained, and does not exhibit storm or separation anxiety, though he does like to be close to his people. Cesar is okay on a leash, though he hasn't had much experience with it due to his previous living situation on acreage. He absolutely loves car rides! Cesar has a good appetite and appreciates treats, never snatching food even from a child. His prey drive appears to be average.

Cesar would thrive in a home with a good fenced yard, a comfy bed inside, and plenty of love.
