Milli

Milli is a delightful 8-month-old, 50 lb Yellow Lab Mix who is as sweet as she is curious! She and her sister Bianca were surrendered to a shelter due to some initial shyness around staff. Thankfully, they've both been brought into our program to find their forever homes. Milli is still getting settled into her foster home, but she's already showing her playful and affectionate side. She's very attached to people and loves to give hugs! While she's still learning the ropes, she's a chewer, enjoys jumping on dogs and furniture, and can be a bit skittish.

Ideal Home

Milli would do best in a home with another mature, tolerant dog who can serve as a good role model. She's doing well with children 10 years and up, as she may sometimes jump.

Ongoing Health

Milli appears to be a healthy pup. She has been spayed and microchipped, and is up to date on her rabies vaccination. She will also be receiving her DHLPP booster and heartworm test.

Training & Support

Milli is a curious and affectionate girl who is working on her manners. She enjoys chewing, so providing appropriate chew toys will be beneficial. Her jumping may need some gentle redirection.
