Paisley is a sweet, approximately 2-year-old, 15-pound female Pug who was rescued from a neglectful breeding situation. Despite her rough start, which included being emaciated and covered in fleas and worms, she has blossomed into a loving companion who adores belly rubs and human interaction. She gets along wonderfully with other dogs and seems to enjoy the company of cats and children as well. Paisley does not like being crated, which is understandable given her past, and will need a home where she has free reign. She still needs to gain a few pounds, but this grateful mama has so much love to give and is excited for her new life!
Ideal Home
Paisley needs a home where she can roam freely and is not crated for extended periods. She would do well in a household with other dogs, cats, and children.
Ongoing Health
Paisley was rescued from a neglectful situation and was found to be emaciated, worm and flea-covered. She is still underweight and needs to gain a few pounds. She has been spayed and vaccinated.
Training & Support
Paisley is not a fan of crates, likely due to past experiences. She will need a patient and understanding owner to help her adjust to a free-roam environment.
