Meet Castiel Goose, a charming and spunky year-old pup who's a delightful mix of wire-hair terrier and chihuahua. Castiel is a truly special boy, as he's hearing impaired but that doesn't slow him down one bit! He's a joyful and outgoing companion who adores people and other dogs, eager to be everyone's friend. His unique blue eyes and distinctive look make him a real head-turner. Castiel's foster family describes him as a happy pup who loves to play, engage with toys, and snuggle up for naps. He's a people-pleaser and learns quickly, making him a wonderful candidate for continued training and socialization.

Ideal Home

Castiel is a social butterfly who enjoys the company of other dogs and is enthusiastic about playing with children. He showed no interest when meeting a cat, so a cat-free home might be best. He's a trusting and outgoing boy who will thrive in an active environment where he can initiate play and receive affection.

Ongoing Health

Castiel is hearing impaired, but this does not affect his ability to enjoy life to the fullest. All other medical needs are addressed prior to adoption, including vaccinations, deworming, and spay/neuter.

Training & Support

As Castiel is still young, he will benefit from continued training, socialization, and positive reinforcement. His new family should be committed to potty training, crate training, and providing daily exercise to help him thrive. He is a people-pleaser and will likely excel with consistent guidance.

Transportation

Castiel is currently being fostered in Portland, OR. Transport is available to NV, MT, CO, UT, ID, OR, WA, Canada, and the East Coast. All transport is done in climate-controlled vehicles with dedicated care.
