Lincoln

Lincoln, a charming 2-year-old Yorkie, is ready to find his forever home! This sweet and quiet boy weighs about 12 lbs and is adjusting beautifully to his foster home routine. He was surrendered when his elderly owner sadly passed away, and while he misses her, he's shown remarkable resilience and is eager to share his love with a new family. Lincoln gets along well with other small dogs, but we don't have information on his compatibility with cats or children. He enjoys attention and belly rubs, and while he's not a typical lap dog, he relishes playtime and being brushed. He's mostly house-trained, using a puppy pad when you're away, and will signal when he needs to go out.

Lincoln would thrive in a home with a fenced yard, as he sometimes gets excited about greeting people and running outside.

Ongoing Health

Lincoln is a healthy boy who recently had a wellness exam. He is up-to-date on his vaccinations and will be neutered soon. He will require regular grooming.

Training & Support

Lincoln is learning to reliably come when called. While mostly house-trained, a few accidents may still happen as he continues to adjust. He shows little interest in toys but enjoys interactive play.
