Angelo is a 3-year-old Rottweiler who was rescued from a high-kill shelter in San Antonio. He's a complete mush who loves belly rubs and leaning in for ear scratches, acting like a big, lovable puppy. Angelo is a charmer who is sure to steal your heart.

Ideal Home

Angelo would do best in a home where he can be the only pet. While he remained calm when tested with another dog, his jaws became stiff, so we've determined he's best as a pet-only companion. Rottweilers can be challenging to read, so an experienced owner who is confident and can maintain control would be ideal, even though Angelo is generally an easy-going dog.

Angelo is neutered and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Rottweilers are not beginner dogs and can be difficult to read. A confident owner who is consistent with training and clear in their leadership will help Angelo thrive.
