About Ivy

Hiya Friends! My name is Ivy, and I'm a beautiful, purebred, 1.5-year-old female German Shepherd. I was originally purchased for an elderly person who found my energetic nature a bit too much, so thankfully I was surrendered to a wonderful rescue! I'm loving life on a farm right now, and I'm looking for a spacious and safe place to run, zoom, explore the yard, and get plenty of exercise. I'm a super active girl and would make an excellent hiking, walking, or running companion. I've heard the world is a big place, and I can't wait to explore it with my new family!

Ideal Home

I'm a young girl who would do best in a home with teenagers or adults. I'm good with large male dogs and would love a canine friend to play with, but I'm also happy to be the only doggo. I am NOT a good fit for homes with cats. I would love a big, safe place to run and play.

Ongoing Health

All of our dogs are up-to-date on vaccinations, heart-worm testing, and monthly preventatives. They are also spayed or neutered.

Training & Support

I am a young girl who needs a "PhD" in obedience training! I need to learn sit, stay, down, come, leash walking, place, kennel, and house manners. If you promise to train me, I promise to love you for my entire life!
