Buck

Meet Buck! Buck is an energetic and goofy adult male mixed breed dog who found himself at our shelter after being found running loose. Though he had a brief stint in a home, he's now back with us, looking for his forever family through no fault of his own. Buck is a leash-loving fellow who enjoys his walks with our staff and volunteers, and he's been doing great in playgroups with other dogs. He seems a bit indifferent to cats, so a slow and careful introduction to any feline housemates would be recommended. Buck can be a little shy when he first meets new people, but once he warms up, his happy and loving personality shines through! He also had some potty training in his previous home, which should make his transition to your home even smoother.

Ideal Home

Buck would thrive in a home where he can continue to be active and playful. Given his initial shyness, a patient and understanding environment would be best.

Buck is a healthy adult dog with no known ongoing health concerns.

Training & Support

Buck is already familiar with potty training and is great on a leash. Continued positive reinforcement will help him settle in and build confidence around new people.
