Chance

Meet Chance, a 4-year-old neutered and vaccinated Staffie mix with an old soul and a smile that can brighten any day! He was rescued from an overcrowded Houston shelter after being abandoned, and he's been nothing but sweet, goofy, and loving ever since. Chance is the perfect blend of playful energy and cuddle bug, always ready for an adventure or a cozy snuggle session.

Ideal Home

Chance would thrive in a home with a relaxed, predictable routine. He'd do well with a semi-active family that includes older kids and another dog his size, or as the cherished only dog. Due to his strong prey drive, cats will not be a good fit for Chance's forever home.

Chance is up-to-date on vaccinations and is neutered.

Training & Support

Chance has great house manners, is fully house trained, and sleeps through the night. He can stay home alone without issue. While he doesn't like his crate door closed, he's happy to nap in an open crate or any comfy spot. He's a smart boy who learns routines quickly, though he can be a bit stubborn when focused on something like squirrels. The word "cookie" is his magic word for remembering his manners, making him an excellent candidate for continued training with treats.
