Meet Joey, a delightful 4-year-old male Doodle who is searching for a peaceful haven to call his own. He's made wonderful strides in his foster home and is now ready to embark on the next adventure! Joey is a well-behaved companion, completely trustworthy, non-destructive, and content to simply relax by your side. He's also a great housemate for feline friends, as he doesn't bother the resident cats at all. Joey is fully crate-trained, has excellent recall, and enjoys his daily walks, thriving on a predictable routine.

Joey is a sensitive soul who forms strong bonds. While he's completely at ease with his foster mom, he can be guarded and nervous around men and quick movements. For this reason, Joey would thrive in a quiet, calm, and predictable home environment, free from loud noises or boisterous activity. He'd prefer a home without young children. A patient adopter, ideally female or someone prepared to let him build trust at his own pace, will be key to helping Joey blossom. Once he feels safe and secure, his happy-go-lucky and sweet nature truly shines, revealing a loyal companion eager to discover the world.
