About Kenzie

Meet Kenzie – A Survivor with a Heart Full of Love!

Kenzie is the sole survivor of a litter of five who were tragically dumped on Highway A-12. Despite such a heartbreaking start, this resilient little girl has proven that love and trust can heal even the toughest beginnings. She’s learned that humans can be kind, and now her favorite thing in the world is snuggling up with those she loves. Kenzie is a sweet, affectionate pup who thrives on cuddles, gentle attention, and the comfort of a safe, loving home. She’s playful, curious, and full of puppy joy—but nothing makes her happier than being close to her humans and sharing her heart. This little survivor is looking for a forever family who will treasure her, give her the love she deserves, and let her continue to grow into the loyal, snuggly companion she’s meant to be.

Ideal Home

Kenzie thrives on cuddles, gentle attention, and the comfort of a safe, loving home. Rescue Ranch puppies are raised through our puppy foster program and have typically met adults, children, often other dogs, and possibly cats. Puppies 16 weeks or older have participated in our "Reading to Rescue Pups" program and attended many events.

Ongoing Health

When puppies are at least 8 weeks old, they receive a wellness exam from a licensed veterinarian. Before going home, all puppies are dewormed and receive age-appropriate vaccinations for parvo/distemper and Bordetella. Puppies 4 months or older also receive their rabies vaccination. All puppies are microchipped and registered.

Training & Support

All puppies are required to be spayed/neutered at 6-8 months old (or the appropriate age for giant breeds) by our veterinarian, with the procedure covered by the adoption fee. Alternatively, adopters can have the procedure done by their own vet (proof required), and a portion of the cost will be refunded.

Application Details:

  • Applications start by contacting us through Wags.
  • The standard adoption donation fee for all dogs and puppies is $300.

Transportation

Kenzie is currently at the Ranch and can be transported to our Wags locations.
