Lacey

Lacey is a sweet, middle-aged girl, around 40-50 lbs, who found herself here through no fault of her own as an owner surrender. She arrived confused, quiet, and unsure of her new surroundings. The shelter environment has been overwhelming for her, and she's been keeping to herself, resting and not yet ready to trust. We know there's a wonderful girl underneath, and she just needs a patient person to help her feel safe again. Lacey doesn't need to be fixed; she needs understanding, someone who will go slow, sit with her, and let her come around on her own time, building a gentle bond.

Ideal Home

We are looking for a patient adopter who understands how to give a shy dog space, patience, and quiet reassurance.
