Delta

Delta is a charming Basset Hound mix who is about 6 years old and weighs close to 50 pounds. She once lived on the streets and came to us looking like a "train wreck," but those tough days are long behind her! Delta is full of personality and is sure to keep you laughing with her stubborn yet endearing antics. We've enjoyed watching her play with her boyfriend, Mack.

Ideal Home

Delta gets along best with male dogs but can coexist with other dogs if it's the right match.

Ongoing Health

Delta was treated for heartworms and is currently undergoing treatment for Chagas disease. She's doing great and is strong as a bull, showing excellent progress with her treatment!

Training & Support

Delta is not yet house-trained. Her stubborn Basset Hound nature means she'll need consistent guidance and a good sense of humor to help her succeed.

• Every dog adopted through Tracy's Paws receives: Chagas, heartworm, and tick testing (when age-appropriate), all core vaccines (age-appropriate), heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, regular deworming, spay/neuter surgery, and a microchip.
