Hazel

Hi, I’m Hazel! I'm an almost 5-month-old Shepherd mix puppy who is looking for my forever home. My foster mom says I'm pretty close to perfect! I love dogs and little humans, but I do have a strong prey drive and love to chase anything that moves, so my mom doesn't think I would do well in a house with cats. I love to run in the backyard to get my energy out, so a house with a fence would be best for me. I also enjoy going for walks around the neighborhood and I do great on a leash. I love to play with toys, but I'm also very loyal and love to follow my people anywhere they go – they call me their shadow! I sleep through the night and prefer to sleep with my foster parents, but I am crate trained if needed. Because of my age, I'm looking for a family that is home most of the day. I already know how to sit and am working on learning to lay down.

Ideal Home

A home with a fenced backyard would be ideal for me to safely run and play. I would do best in a home without cats, as I tend to chase things that move. I also need a family that is home most of the day due to my age.

Ongoing Health

I am spayed and vaccinated.

Training & Support

I already know how to sit and am working on learning to lay down. I am crate trained and sleep through the night.
