Meet Andy: Your Dog’s New Best Friend (and Yours Too!)
Andy is a handsome 2-year-old Retriever mix, weighing in at a perfect 50/55 lbs. He was rescued in Texas after being abandoned with his siblings and has since blossomed into a loving and resilient companion. Andy is house-trained, crate-trained, and walks nicely on leash. He's an eager-to-please gentleman who takes treats gently. While he might be a little shy at first, his affectionate personality shines through once he feels comfortable. Andy thrives on routine, companionship, and being part of the action, whether that's going for walks, playing with friends, or just relaxing nearby.
Ideal Home
Andy's dream home is a calm, loving environment where he can continue to blossom. He would absolutely thrive with another dog to be his playmate and best friend, as he is incredibly dog-friendly and loves being around other pups. A yard is a bonus, but his biggest requirement is love, consistency, and a canine buddy. Homes with children 10 years and over are recommended.
Ongoing Health
Andy is in good health and has no known ongoing health conditions.
Training & Support
Andy is already house-trained and crate-trained. He is eager to please and walks well on a leash. With a little time and patience, he adjusts well to new people.
