Buttons

Buttons is a sweet, 4-year-old Hound mix with a gentle and easygoing personality. She came to us underweight but is gaining steadily and feeling so much better! Buttons is a mellow girl who enjoys the simple things in life, like short walks, naps in the sun, and being close to her people. She walks nicely on a leash and is very treat-motivated, making her a wonderful and easy companion.

Ideal Home

Buttons isn't a high-energy dog and would be perfect for someone looking for a calm, steady presence. She'd do well in a quieter home, with an older couple, or anyone who just wants a sweet dog to share their space with.

Ongoing Health

Buttons is spayed, vaccinated, and is recovering well from being underweight. She needs a safe place and a little patience as she continues to thrive.

Training & Support

Buttons is house-trained and walks nicely on leash. Her treat motivation makes her a great candidate for continued positive reinforcement training.
