Rusty A Calm & Gentle Soul, Snuggles, Good w/Dogs, 4 yrs old, 55 lbs

Rusty is a handsome 4-year-old Retriever/Lab mix, weighing around 55 pounds, with a heart full of love to give! He found himself at a high-intake shelter through no fault of his own, and thankfully, our rescue stepped in to give him the second chance he truly deserves. Now thriving in his foster home, Rusty has shown himself to be an amazing, calm, and gentle soul.

Ideal Home

Rusty has been living happily with two other dogs and three teenage boys, so he's a great fit for a home with a canine companion and older children. He enjoys playing with his doggy friends but is just as content to relax by your side.

Ongoing Health

Rusty is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on all vaccinations. He will receive a final veterinary health inspection before joining his forever family.

Training & Support

Rusty is house-trained and crate-trained, and he even enjoys lounging in his crate with the door open! He is a very affectionate companion who loves to snuggle on the couch and happily sits still while being brushed.
