Kaiyah

Kaiyah is an approximately 2-year-old, 53 lb female Husky/German Shepherd mix who is simply amazing. She has been with us for four months and we can't understand why she's still looking for her forever home! Kaiyah is a loving, sweet, and energetic girl who thrives on activity. She loves to run, play with toys, and engage with everything around her. She is very people-oriented and bonds strongly with her people.

Ideal Home

Kaiyah is looking for a home that understands her drive, intelligence, and big heart. Because she is very athletic and a fence jumper, she requires a secure, tall fence for her safety. She can be possessive of her space, toys, and food with other dogs, so potential adopters should consider this when thinking about introductions.

Ongoing Health

Kaiyah is spayed, current on all vaccines, and has been wormed.

Training & Support

Kaiyah is very smart and eager to learn. Her foster has been working with her and is thrilled with her progress. She is learning to heel on leash, go potty on leash, and sit and wait when asked. She continues to pick up new commands and genuinely enjoys learning. She is fully housebroken with excellent house manners and sleeps in a kennel at night with no fussing or chewing. She loves her food and enjoys chewing on bones.
