A little about them
Hola! I’m Tobias, a friendly and affectionate 3-year-old Great Dane mix weighing 79 pounds. I was rescued after being found wandering in Guadalajara and am now looking for a loving forever family. I enjoy people, other dogs, toys, treats, and moderate activity.
Ideal Home
I get along well with other dogs and enjoy interacting and sharing toys and treats. I do not like other dogs getting into my food bowl, but I do not become aggressive or fight. My compatibility with cats and children is unknown, and my prey drive is also unknown.
Ongoing Health
I arrived very underweight with an injured leg. I am neutered and vaccinated, and I will travel with proof of my vaccines and test records. I will be tested for heartworm before flying to Canada. Dental work or veterinary visits after adoption are the adopter’s financial responsibility.
Training & Support
I have moderate energy and am generally easygoing. I have leash skills but need continued work on my leash manners, ideally with a well-fitted harness. House training and crate training are both works in progress. I have remained calm during car rides. I may bark while playing or when I want someone to throw my toy.
