ANGUS-Big Puppy

Angus is a big, goofy puppy who is sure to bring a lot of fun and love into your home! He's about 6 months old and already weighs over 60 lbs, with plenty of growing left to do. Angus was found wandering near a local creek and brought to the shelter. Now vetted and ready for his forever family, he's eager to remind you to play more and work less!

Ideal Home

Angus would do best in an active household with older children. He's a bit too much for cats, but he does enjoy playing with other dogs, though he's still learning how to interact gently due to his size. A well-fenced yard is a must for this energetic pup!

Ongoing Health

Angus is neutered, up-to-date on all his vaccinations, including rabies and bordetella. He is heartworm negative and is on preventatives for fleas, ticks, heartworms, and other parasites. He is also microchipped.

Training & Support

As a puppy, Angus is still learning. He's working on leash walking and can be a bit chaotic with it, sometimes chewing on the leash. He's also in the process of learning appropriate chewing habits. While he's doggie door trained, his housebreaking status is still being determined. He enjoys car rides but needs to be properly restrained. Patience and consistent training will be key to his success.
