Don't let the gray on his muzzle fool you-Tater Tot still has plenty of pep left in his paws! This sweet senior Beagle is happiest when he's surrounded by people, especially kids. Whether he's chasing a ball in the backyard, joining the family for an adventure, or snuggling up on the couch after a busy day, Tater Tot just wants to be where his people are.
His previous owner made the difficult decision to surrender him due to personal health issues, knowing he deserved a home where he could get the time, attention, and playtime he loves. They told us Tater Tot would thrive with children who can run around and play with him-and when playtime is over, he's more than happy to curl up for a cuddle. Senior dogs have a special way of stealing your heart. Tater Tot is proof that age is just a number-he still has so much love to give and is ready to make wonderful new memories with a family who will cherish him. Could that family be yours?

Ongoing Health
Like many senior dogs, Tater Tot has developed a few lumps and bumps over the years. Many are benign in older dogs, but only a veterinarian can determine their nature. We recommend that his adopter schedule a veterinary exam after adoption to have them evaluated and discuss whether any additional diagnostics are appropriate. Tater Tot will receive a professional dental cleaning, along with any necessary extractions, at no cost to his adopter. This procedure can be completed either before or after his adoption, depending on scheduling.
Training & Support
Tater Tot is house trained and crate trained. He also knows "sit" and "stay".
