Milo

Milo is a happy, healthy, five-year-old Corgi looking for a loving home. His owner had to make a difficult decision due to a drastic shift in work requirements, and rather than leave Milo kenneled for long hours, she wants to find him a person who can give him the attention he deserves. Milo's favorite spot is by his person's side, and he's eager to find a new companion to share his days with. He's highly food-motivated and loves snacks, even veggies!

Ideal Home

Milo would love someone he can be active with. He does well around children 10 and up.

Training & Support

Milo is crate and potty-trained and happily puts himself to bed at night, sleeping quietly in his crate. He knows many commands, including sit, down, stay, and heel. His leash manners could use some work, but he loves walks. Milo considers himself the general of his house and can take a few minutes to warm up to new people. He requires slow introductions with new dogs and has shown a healthy respect for the cats he has encountered.

• All interested adopters must be over the age of 23.
• Renters must show proof or provide information to verify that the pet is allowed at the residence.
• You must be willing to have an in-person interview to go over expectations for both you and the animal.
• You must be willing to have a Wags volunteer do a home visit.
• Dog adoption fee: $150.
• Out-of-town adoptions: $300.
