Big Daddy - Local

Big Daddy is a super handsome bully boy with gorgeous colors! This sweet guy was found on the streets in Memphis and came to us willingly. He's now neutered, vaccinated, and living in a great foster home.

Big Daddy LOVES his toys, treats, and ice cubes! He is a major fan of walks, loves splashing in ponds and lakes, and enjoys car rides. He likes to be near his people but will give you your space if you're in the same room. He's not shy about asking for cuddles and pets though!

Ideal Home

Big Daddy would thrive in a home with a fairly consistent routine and a fenced yard. He is looking for a home where he can be your one and only pet. He enjoys cats but can play a bit too rough for them, so a home without cats or with a plan for supervised interaction would be best. An experienced dog owner would be ideal, as Big Daddy can be protective on walks.

Ongoing Health

Big Daddy is up to date on vaccinations, neutered, and tested negative for heartworm. He is microchipped.

Training & Support

Big Daddy sometimes warms up to new people immediately, but sometimes needs a little bribing with treats and slower introductions. He works hard to protect his people from other dogs and some of the people he encounters on walks.
