- Once your application is approved, you will receive an "Approval Letter" via text, followed by the "Transport Roster Information form."
- The "Transport Roster Information form" will guide you to select your pickup location and provide links to pay the $75 Transport fee.
- The total adoption fee is $225, with $75 due upfront to secure transport. The remaining balance is due upon pickup.

- Bloomington, Illinois (PetSmart Parking Lot) - Estimated arrival: 8:00-9:00 AM CT
- Lafayette, Indiana (PetSmart Parking Lot) - Estimated arrival: 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM CT
- Rockford, Illinois (PetSmart Parking Lot) - Estimated arrival: 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM CT
You are also welcome to pick up Hendrix directly from our rescue in Texarkana, Texas, after your application is approved. Please note that all pickup times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, and the number of adoptions at each location. You will be provided with a live Google Map link to track our progress.
