Are you looking for your best friend in dog-form? Look no further than Benito! This 5-year-old Chihuahua mix LOVES to be close to his human and to give lots of kisses. He hasn't met a human that he didn't love and is the perfect dog for office life or as a loyal constant companion for his lucky humans. He is playful and happy in his foster home and is ready to find a loving forever home.
Benito is sweet and friendly with both dogs and humans. Even though he only weighs 11lbs, Benito does really well playing with larger pups (up to 65lbs) in his foster home. He doesn't require long walks but he does enjoy a walk with his dog friends. He has also discovered that he loves to be carried in a backpack like an adorable Passenger Prince. He loves to sunbathe too. Benito prefers to be with his humans and is the classic Velcro-dog Chihuahua who just longs to be surrounded by human love at all times. For this reason, Benito will want to share his forever human(s) bed at night and prefers adopters who are home more often than not. He would be perfectly happy as an only dog or as part of a doggie pack. Benito loves treats, fluffy beds, and couch snuggle time, and is an enthusiastic eater!
