Meet Kid, a sweet and resilient pup who has overcome so much! Kid arrived at the shelter unable to walk and battling serious illnesses like erlichea and parvo. But this brave boy is a true fighter! He's now healthy, full of playful energy, and one of the most affectionate cuddlers you'll ever meet. Kid loves people and dogs, is growing well, and is incredibly social. He's expected to reach about 40 pounds as an adult. Kid does have a luxating patella in his back leg, which is managed with medication, and he's doing wonderfully! He's thriving and dreaming of his forever home, far from the Mexican heat. Could those gorgeous eyes belong to your new best friend?

Transportation

Kid is currently located near Bucerias, Mexico. Approved adopters will be matched with flight companions traveling from Puerto Vallarta to bring Kid to his new home. During the summer months, if a Canadian flight companion is unavailable, Kid may fly into the US and can be met at Peace Arch Park on the border.
