Violet

Meet Violet! This sweet and loyal girl is about 1.5 years old and ready to find her forever home. Violet was found roaming the streets of Houston and, despite a difficult start, she has emerged as a trusting and loving companion. She's a world-class cuddler who will army crawl across any surface to get close to you, and her tongue is often sticking out in pure joy. Violet is loyal to her core and is already potty trained and walks beautifully on a leash. She's also doing great with her place and crate training and knows "sit."

Ideal Home

Violet would thrive in a home with another dog friend, as she gains confidence from canine companions. She's good with kids but can be a little scared of loud little ones. An adopter willing to continue building her confidence through training will be key to her success.

Violet is spayed and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Violet is making huge strides with her training, especially with place and crate training. She knows "sit" and is a pro at walking on a leash. She is, however, terrified of squeaky toys but absolutely loves the hose and playing tug! Continued training to build her confidence is recommended.
