Daxton was found as a stray in rural Louisiana, but he navigated the situation with impressive composure and resourcefulness. He's a dog who observes and assesses, not in an aloof way, but with discerning intelligence. Once he decides you're worth his attention, he transforms into a playful, engaged, and wonderfully mischievous companion. He's the kind of dog who seems to solve problems with a calculated, yet delightful, approach. Daxton is currently working with a professional trainer, quickly picking up new skills and showing his eagerness to collaborate with his people.

Daxton will thrive with a confident adopter who understands the German Shepherd breed and is excited to continue building on his training and bond. He enjoys the company of other dogs, interacting with them in a calm and socially aware manner.

Ongoing Health

Daxton has flawless health paperwork. He is neutered, vaccinated, and heartworm negative. He is up-to-date on heartworm and flea prevention.

Training & Support
