Nico

Meet Nico, a delightful 3-year-old mixed breed weighing in at 24.9 kg! This handsome fellow is neutered and will be up-to-date on his shots. Nico is already housebroken and crate-trained, and he's a whiz with basic and intermediate commands. He's also great with other dogs and has been tested with cats.

Nico is a happy and active boy who loves to play and explore. His favorite activities include people-watching and dog-watching from the window, going for walks to stretch his legs, and enjoying his meals (he uses a special slow-food bowl to make dinnertime a fun puzzle!). When the weather's not cooperating, Nico is content to relax and keep his foster family company. He can be a little shy at first with new people, but he warms up quickly with gentle introductions.

Ideal Home

Nico would thrive in a home that can offer him plenty of opportunities for exercise and mental stimulation. He's done well with other dogs and has lived with a cat, so he could potentially share his home with feline friends and canine companions with proper introductions. While he hasn't met children, he may be suitable for a home with kids, provided introductions and boundaries are managed carefully.

Nico is up-to-date on his vaccinations and is neutered.

Training & Support

Nico knows his basic and intermediate commands and is housebroken and crate-trained. He enjoys training because he loves his food! When introducing him to new people or animals, slow and proper introductions are key to helping him feel comfortable and confident.
