Hi there, I’m Sandy! I’m a sweet and affectionate girl who absolutely loves my people once I know I can trust them. I can be shy at first with new faces, but underneath that cautious beginning is a goofy, loving best friend just waiting to come out.

I love curling up on the bed at night, carrying toys around the house, and spending time with other dogs. Stuffed animals are one of my favorite things ever — especially once I’ve removed the eyeballs. What can I say? I have unique talents.

I’m also known for giving funny little toe nibbles when I’m feeling playful and affectionate. My foster mom says it’s impossible not to laugh at my silly personality once I settle in.

I’m housebroken, intelligent, and surprisingly independent. Even when I sneak outside for a little adventure, I stay close to home because that’s where the people I love are.

I’m searching for a patient and understanding forever family who will give me the chance to open up and show them just how loving and loyal I truly am.
