Cora is a beautiful tan and black mixed-breed girl, approximately 1 year old, who is looking for a patient and loving forever home. She comes from a neglect case and is currently working hard to regain a healthy weight and leave her difficult past behind. Despite everything she's been through, Cora continues to show resilience and deserves a family that will provide the care, kindness, and security she's always needed. With proper nutrition, routine veterinary care, and plenty of love, this sweet girl has a bright future ahead of her. Cora is ready for a fresh start with people who will cherish her and help her continue to blossom into the happy, healthy dog she was meant to be. She has overcome so much already and now all she needs is a home where she can finally feel safe, loved, and truly belong.
Ideal Home
A home that can provide the care, kindness, and security Cora needs to thrive.
Ongoing Health
Cora is working on regaining a healthy weight. All rescue dogs receive medical care before adoption, including being spayed or neutered (if age appropriate), fully vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm tested, maintained on heartworm prevention, treated for fleas and ticks, and dewormed as needed.
Training & Support
Assume potty training is still in progress. Many rescue dogs come from difficult backgrounds and may need patience, consistency, and training in their new home.
