Peanut

Meet Peanut, a 5-month-old mixed Mountain Cur with a smart, energetic, loyal, affectionate personality. He is extremely outgoing, playful, and loves being the center of attention. Peanut enjoys activity, attention, brain games, and cuddling with his favorite people.

Ideal Home

Peanut needs a family ready to provide plenty of activity, affection, and mental stimulation. He has a strong prey drive, so his home must be without chickens, turkeys, guinea fowl, or other poultry.

He is reported to be good with dogs and children, but not cats.

Ongoing Health

Peanut’s vaccinations and neuter are completed.

Training & Support

Peanut is intelligent, playful, and house-trained. He enjoys settling down to cuddle after playtime.

Transportation

Peanut is currently in a foster home in Mississippi and is hoping to come to Michigan on September 27. A local branch in the Kalamazoo area has foster families and veterinary partners.
