Nala is an 8-year-old, spayed female Shepherd/Retriever mix who weighs 52 pounds. She was abandoned when her previous owners moved out and was found with a group of other dogs. Nala has a tail that never stops wagging and is described as one of the sweetest dogs you will ever meet. She has a peaceful, easygoing presence, making her a joy to have around. Nala is a wonderful balance of relaxed and fun, enjoying occasional playful moments.
Ideal Home
Nala would do best in a home that appreciates her calm, loving nature. She would be a great candidate for a family home with kids of various ages, especially with respectful interactions. She also interacts beautifully with other dogs, particularly larger breeds (50-60 lbs), and would enjoy having a canine companion, though she would also thrive as a solo dog.

Training & Support
Nala is fully house-trained and crate-trained, resting comfortably in her crate for several hours during the day and overnight. She walks nicely on leash with a calm pace, occasionally needing a little encouragement. Nala has good manners around food and has not displayed toy guarding behaviors. She may prefer some space while eating, especially around unfamiliar dogs.
