Rocky

Riddick is a gentle, loving, and sweet 8-year-old, 65-pound blue and white Staffy/American Bulldog mix. He was rescued from a euthanasia list in Houston, TX, and has been through a lot, but you'd never know it from his laid-back, easy-going nature. He's full of love and has a heart as big as his head! Riddick enjoys car rides and watching the world go by from the window. He's also a fan of walks, though he does pull and would do best with a no-pull harness. He's house-trained and crate-trained, and in his foster home, he didn't even need his crate when left alone.

Ideal Home

Riddick would thrive in a home that appreciates his calm demeanor. He's great with kids. While he's shown he can be dog-selective and has not been fond of a few dogs, he has also gotten along with many others. We will test him with cats.

Ongoing Health

Riddick is up-to-date on vaccines and altered. He is currently receiving treatment for heartworm, which is expected to be completed by the end of August.

Training & Support

Riddick is a well-behaved boy who doesn't bark much. He does pull on the leash, so a no-pull harness is recommended for walks.
