Brownie

Meet Brownie, a resilient and loving 2-year-old lady who we believe might be a Brussels Griffon mix. Despite a difficult past that left her with significant injuries, Brownie has shown incredible strength and a gentle spirit. She arrived at Cause For Paws Rescue through a transfer from Winnebago County Animal Services, after an incident involving another dog. She was in a lot of pain and could barely walk, but thankfully received immediate medical care.

Now, in her foster home, Brownie is blossoming. She's a quiet sleeper, is potty trained, and gets along famously with other dogs and even cats! Her favorite activity is cuddling up with her people for a cozy evening. Brownie is still on her healing journey, but with each day she grows stronger, revealing more of her sweet and resilient personality. Once fully recovered, she will be spayed and ready to find the forever family she truly deserves. If you're looking for a loyal companion with a heart of gold, Brownie might be your perfect match.
