Her unique beauty includes a coat of bright white with a single gray freckle on her ear, a soft gray nose, and captivating light green eyes. Yuki has proven her resilience by adjusting to different living situations. She started her journey in an apartment, unbothered by elevators and busy hallways, and is now thriving in a home with young children, other dogs, and a backyard. She's confident, easygoing, and happiest when she's with her people. She's even been respectful and curious around a senior cat, displaying a lovely balance of manners.

Ongoing Health
Yuki was born missing a hip socket, which gives her a distinctive hop and gait. This condition does not slow her down, and she enjoys running and playing with total joy. Maintaining her activity and strength naturally supports her well-being. She also has retinal dysplasia in both eyes, a congenital condition that affects how her eyes process light. While she can see and navigates the world with confidence, she may appreciate some assistance in low light or with depth perception.
Training & Support
Yuki is a smart girl who has already made excellent progress with potty training and crate training. She's eager to learn and will benefit from continued training and structure to help her reach her full potential. She enjoys her toys, gets her zoomies out, and then settles down for naps like any growing puppy. She walks nicely on leash and rides calmly in the car.

Yuki is located in the Houston area, Texas. Transportation is available nationwide via our rescue's USDA-certified transport system. Transport includes drop-off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, and Canada (pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). A surcharge of $87 applies due to rising transportation costs. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
