Buddy

Buddy is a handsome 1-year-old Lab mix who weighs about 75 lbs. He came to us from a difficult situation where he was neglected, but he has blossomed into a joyful and loving boy! Buddy is now settling into his foster home and is enjoying all the comforts of a loving family. He thinks he's a lap dog and absolutely adores snuggles. Buddy is house-trained and crate-trained, viewing his crate as a safe space to relax. He has great manners, patiently waiting for his food and clearly communicating when he needs to go outside. Buddy is eager to share his boundless joy and love with his forever family.

Ideal Home

Buddy would thrive in an active household that enjoys exploring the outdoors. He's a happy and excited boy who may jump to give hugs, so older children (10+) are best.

Ongoing Health

Buddy is up to date on vaccinations and has been neutered.

Training & Support

Buddy is house-trained and crate-trained. He is still learning to control his excitement when greeting people and may jump, so continued guidance with this is recommended.

Buddy is currently in a foster home in New England. Transport may be available to approved adopters.
